I have a 2012 Insignia 2.0 CDTI Sport Tourer with Single Zone Climate Control. This week the blowers have stopped working altogether, I've tried all the speeds as I read threads where the blowers work on level 4 but no others. This is not the case for me, the blowers do not work at all. I've checked the glove-box fuse and all is OK there.
Then the temp on dash doesn鈥檛 work and seemed like car was over heating, so replace thermostat & temp sensor. Now Car warms up in cabin, temp on dash works and code gone. Car is still rough idle and all , like explained earlier. Scanned and a new code popped up p0306, misfire cylinder #6. Gave a couple revs to get it not to rough idle.

You can remove the cover in situ, unclip it from around the cables then along its length, its not easy but do able. If your not happy doing that, disconnect the battery, remove the connector then take off the cover, insert the connector, connect the battery. The cover can be replaced in situ. pgeddes79 Discussion starter.

When the engine is up to temperature see if you have one boiling hot pipe going to the heater at the bulkhead and one cold pipe. If you do then the matrix is blocked. If they are both hot then it points to an air distribution fault within the heater itself. Diagnostic equipment - latest OpCom Advanced 210420b Professional.

Thought I would ask, before I start removing stuff and finding out if it's the panel or flaps etc further in to the heater box.
